The Delaware Valley Tennis Club's fall general membership meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at the clubhouse. The meeting will start promptly at 7:00 pm ALL members are encouraged to attend.

The Fall meeting is considered the business meeting for DVTC.

Outlined below is the agenda, which will include the following:

1. The President's report on the state of your Club.

2. The Finance report

3. The 2010 budget will be presented for membership approval

4. Dues structure and rules package will be presented for approval.

5. Members who have completed payment on their Certificate will be announced.

6. Directors will report on the status of their committees.

7. The meeting will conclude with the election of officers (specifically the secretary, treasurer, president and vice-president) and three directors.
